This project involved extensive renovations and a large rear extension to transform an existing home into a modern open-plan living and entertaining space. Works began with the demolition of sections of the existing rear structure and internal walls to open the home and allow for the new layout and extension. Significant structural steel was installed throughout the build to support new roof spans, large openings and the connection between the indoor and outdoor living areas.

The internal renovation centred around a spacious new kitchen featuring a large island bench and a generous walk-in pantry, creating a functional hub for everyday living and entertaining. 

Externally, the project includes a large covered outdoor entertaining area with exposed decorative blackbutt rafters, designed to seamlessly connect with the internal living space. The outdoor area incorporates a full outdoor kitchen complete with built-in BBQ and a custom pizza oven structure, creating the perfect space for entertaining. The fireplace structure was finished with feature stone cladding, providing a striking focal point no matter where you are on the property.

Additional works included newtech wood decking and stairs with cable balustrades, pool surrounds, glass pool fencing, planter boxes, eco deck screening and integrated seating areas, completing a cohesive indoor–outdoor lifestyle space!
