Main House Renovation – 2 bedrooms, 1 study, bathroom, laundry, kitchen, living area and dining area.

Stunning architectural transformation at the clients’ holiday residence in Pearl Beach. Started this job with an extension on the cabin at the side of the house, adding on another separate room with ensuite and renovating the cabin itself with new skylights in both bedrooms and a new roof to match the main house. Added on also is a wraparound deck for the entire cabin leading up onto the main decking area or you can continue through to the driveway for easy access for guests.

The main house was a massive renovation, the main structural change being the swap to a butterfly roof with large wrap around highlight windows and stunning timber ceiling which flows through to the deck and to match the new cabin and walkway ceilings. The exterior was a mix of BAL rated metal cladding and black rendering to the remaining of the house as a beautiful contrast against the natural timber displays throughout.

The bathroom and laundry renovation was an afterthought for the clients but has turned out to be stunning! Removing the powder room in-between allowed for more space in the bathroom and all the modern accessories have really glammed it up and helped them utilize the space more effectively.

The 9 skylights on the back deck roof make for another incredible feature, allowing entertaining in any weather, with the large stacker doors opening to create a seamless indoor/outdoor living space, alongside a built in fire and BBQ area.
