We were having no success going forward with an overdue reno we had wanted to do for many years. We had a builder pull out of a contract and the difficult construction climate did not help. After 3 years we were about to give up until someone recommended Dama Projects.

I rang Mark Nomchong of Dama Projects and the next day he was at our home discussing our reno. Within a matter of weeks contracts were signed and Dama wasted no time commencing demolition.

We have a two storey brick home so the reno was not an easy process. It involved a huge amount of demolition and extra support. Dealing with an existing old project home came with its hiccups and surprises along the way.

Mark and Gabi constantly did site visits and were always available for phone calls or texts. Any concerns or queries we had were quickly attended to by them and we found them extremely personable. Every stage of the build was coordinated and organised to a high standard.

Kyle was the supervisor/builder and did an incredible job of making sure all organising and building works were running smoothly day to day. As a result our reno was complete ahead of time. The team were a pleasure to have in our home during the 4 months of the reno.

We highly recommend Dama Projects and we would not hesitate to engage them again. They were efficient, polite, professional and it was a very positive experience for us. We now have a home we enjoy and the transformation is unbelievable.
